The cable should ideally be at least 3 meters (10 ft) in length. You need a ‘high quality’ USB 3 cable (3.1 and 3.2 are fine) with a bandwidth of at least 5 Gbps. Oculus Link just came out today! Whilst this is exciting news for Quest users, the original cable that comes with the Quest does NOT work with Oculus Link and you’ll need a new cable.
